1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RocoCoin (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use RocoCoin for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RocoCoin
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Trading and Transactions

All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market volatility and risk. RocoCoin provides a platform for trading but does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or performance of any digital asset. Users acknowledge that:

• Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Prices can be volatile and change rapidly
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• Users are responsible for their own investment decisions

5. Fees and Charges

RocoCoin may charge fees for certain transactions and services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete a transaction. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all trades and transfers are final and irreversible. However, the following refund conditions apply:

• Service Fees: Platform fees may be refunded if a technical error on our part prevented transaction completion
• Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to platform error, any fees charged will be automatically refunded to your account within 3-5 business days
• Disputed P2P Trades: P2P transactions held in escrow may be refunded if both parties agree or if fraud is proven through our dispute resolution process
• Gift Cards: Gift card transactions are final once the code is revealed. Unused gift cards may be eligible for refund within 24 hours of purchase if the code has not been accessed
• Staking Rewards: Staking deposits can be withdrawn according to the pool terms. Early withdrawal penalties apply as specified in each pool's terms

To request a refund where eligible, contact our support team at support@rococoin.com with your transaction details within 7 days of the transaction date.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Fraud or impersonation of another person or entity
• Market manipulation or pump and dump schemes
• Unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Suspension and Termination

RocoCoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your funds according to our withdrawal procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RocoCoin or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if RocoCoin or a RocoCoin authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Modifications to Terms

RocoCoin may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
